Refund Policy

All sales are final. Each pinata is handmade to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the box and the pinata. We will replace it or refund it at our discretion — no return shipping required.

A pinata that has been filled, hung, or swung at is considered used and cannot be replaced or refunded.
